Harnessing ISO 20022 for the Next Era of Payment Operations

Having spent years migrating financial institutions to ISO 20022, I noticed a critical gap: the industry was treating SWIFT MX merely as a compliance exercise, rather than a catalyst for transformation.
I built Bright InvestOps to redesign payment operations from the ground up. By harnessing the rich, structured data of ISO 20022 and pairing it with specialized AI Agents, we are turning payment workflows into a highly efficient machine - one where automation handles the heavy lifting, but human oversight remains firmly at the center of execution.
